Give Your Requirements
You can either choose to explore the designs that we have and images of orders executed earlier or can give your own design. We usually need the following information if it is a regular styled bag - bag shape, height, width and gusset, handle type, printing matter and type of print required, quantity, delivery date, special packing if any. The company details are mail you the estimates and tracked on our CRM till execution.

Get Estimate
Based on your requirements the bill of material is drawn up and a qute is generated. This is then mailed to your registered email id. For a small design fee you can also get the virtual rendering of your design along with your desired customisation. This ensures that you get the a visual idea of the final product and accordingly suggest changes or go ahead with the esimate. This minimises changes at a later stage saving time and cost for both parties.

Approve Estimate & Send Advance
Once you receive the estimate and the mockup you need to approve the estimate and generate a purchase order from your system. This purchase order should include all the terms and consitions that we had outlined in the estimate.

Approve Sample
For orders above 500 Nos we provide an additional support of sending you a sample before starting the final production. This is the final stage before production and all the necessary changes need to be indicated at this stage. Once the bags are sent for production changes may or may not be made depending on stage of production and if done would incur additional charges.

Production & Dispatch
The final production is started after incorporating any changes that may be indicated during the sampling stage. The client is kept informed about the stages of production. Once the production is complete the quality checking is done and then packed as per instruction. These are their weighed and measured and logistics cost calculated in conjunction with the logistics partner. Once the final payment is made along with the transportation fee the consignment is dispatched to the destination location.
